Tiffany’s A la Cart Rental Agreement

Rental Contract/Terms of Use/Acknowledgement of Risk

This is a contract of renting only, not of sale. The renter agrees that they have rented the item(s) herein described upon the express condition that it will at all times remain the property of the rental agent named above; that they have examined said item(s), found it to be in good condition and will return it in the same condition as when they received it. Equipment must only be used at the location it is dropped off at and not to be moved.

All charges are based on the time item is in renter’s possession whether in use or not.


Rental to be paid at the time of booking to secure your cart for your special date. It must accompany a signed copy of this agreement/contract.


Client will not staple, tape (of any kind), use push pins, pins, tacks or nail anything to the cart. Any paint that comes off or holes that will need to be filled and repainted will be at the cost of the client. The cart is not for setting any hot items on as this will melt the paint and warp the wood. You will be charged for refinishing the top of the cart table.

By signing this I understand and agree that I will be responsible for, but not limited to, any lost, damaged and/or missing parts. In the event that the equipment of Tiffany’s A la Cart is damaged due to the guest misuse or stolen, the client agrees to pay for all repair costs up to and including full replacement including shipping and handling of the carts or any of its decorations and accessories, if applicable. Client will promptly pay all charges which accrue because of this rental, including damages to said item.


This agreement cannot be cancelled. Tiffany’s A la Cart will retain the fee paid at time of reservation and make arrangements for another date if that date is available . Client will hold harmless Tiffany’s A la Cart in the event of illness, injury, act of God or any other situation beyond the control of Tiffany’s A la Cart that prevents them from performing. In the event From Tiffany’s A la Cart must cancel the reservation for any reason, Client will be entitled to full return of fee paid and agrees not to pursue any other damages against Tiffany’s A la Cart or its owner resulting from the cancellation.


It is necessary that the carts be set up properly. We therefore require access to the desired setup area at least 1-2 hours prior to the beginning of the event. We also require 30 minutes - 1 hour after the conclusion of the event to disassemble and clean up.

Tiffany’s A la Cart reserves the right to use any pictures from the event in advertising.


Client agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all claims arising out of the use of the concessions or its attendants. Tiffany’s A la Cart will not be held liable for any injury, allergic reaction, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use or rental of the carts, equipment or sweet treats/favors. Client will indemnify Tiffany’s A la Cart against, and hold Tiffany’s A la cart harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, and liability including attorney’s fees, arising out of, in connections with, or resulting from the rental of Tiffany’s A la Cart concession.


I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that none of the carts are for sitting on by anyone, including a child. They are not toys. Tiffany’s A la Cart is not responsible for known and unknown risk including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, or colliding emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage, or death to any participant. Client hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge and hold harmless Tiffany’s A la Cart Party Rentals, Relatives, and Employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to me or to a third party, which are in any way connected with participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions.

I, undersigned, acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and Acknowledgment of Risks, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely and without duress of any kind and agree to the terms herein stated.

The information requested above is essential for the completion of a successful event for all involved. Please make sure you have provided ALL information required and review it for accuracy. Your date will be held in our Event Book for one week after your contract is sent out. Please send your contract and retainer fee promptly to secure your date.
